When will my items be shipped?

Where are my items being shipped from?

All items will be shipped from our location in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number Via USPS. You can visit the USPS website and input your tracking number to check the status of your order.


Can I return an item?

Yes-- If you don't love your purchase please contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund. Any product that is returned, must be in the same quality condition it was received in. The product must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags still attached. Please contact us at with your order number and the item you’d like to return. 

How long does It take to process a return?

Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 5 Business Days.

Can I exchange for a different size?

My order is showing delivered, but I have not received it yet, what do I need to do?

USPS delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day or so.

Be sure you entered the correct address during checkout. The shipping information you enter during checkout is automatically transferred to the post office, therefore we cannot be held responsible if you entered a incorrect address.

Please check all possible delivery locations ie: A neighbor, front desk office, bushes, and back porch.

 *Addie Joy Company designs and creates unique cozy items in small batches. Due to differentiation by item, please reference the size charts above. Most of our items fit true to size. Our bubble rompers run slightly larger than the average baby romper. 

What do I do If I receive the wrong item or an item is damaged upon arrival?

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the problem quickly. We ask that you send your order number and a picture of the issue. This will help with quality control, and prevent the same situation in the future. As with returns, please contact us within 14 days of the purchase of your order.

Can I make a change to, or cancel, my order?

We try to ship orders out as fast as possible. If you made an error while placing an order, please reach out as soon as possible, and we will try our best to update your order or make the necessary changes needed. Since some items may be shipped out in less than 24 hours, we can not guarantee that your order will be updated properly, but we will try to do the best we can. We are not able to cancel an order once it has been Shipped. Be sure to double and triple-check your items, quantities, and shipping info before hitting submit. **Please double-check your shipping address and make sure it is correct before placing your order. We will not be responsible for any incorrect addresses.
